ISA-Inspection Service Agreements
An Inspection Service Agreement is vital to extend the life of your weighing equipment. A thorough inspection by factory-trained certified technicians can find potential problems and reduce equipment down time and repair costs.
ISA is like an insurance policy that heads off equipment failures by servicing equipment properly and identifying potential failures before they happen. This saves time and money and avoids costly and counterproductive equipment downtime. Our satisfied customers let us care for their equipment so they can focus on what they do best.
We offer Inspection Service Agreements to have your scales or balances checked on a regular basis which can reduce your need for emergency repairs. We will work with you on the frequency of these routine checks which can be semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. During these visits, our technicians will perform routine maintenance on the equipment as well as clean, check, and calibrate the equipment. The technicians will certify and label each piece of equipment tested. Carolina Scales, Inc. offers the Certificate Retrieval System (CRS) in which calibration certificates can be accessed from a secure site on the internet. The CRS system will track the calibration history of equipment being tested.
If an Inspection Service Agreement would help you with routine maintenance of your equipment, give us a call and we will assist you in selecting an ISA plan that would be best for your business. We offer a reduced rate under an ISA so you will benefit from savings on service calls.
